Terms & Conditions
We have taken care to offer you the simplest possible reservations service for our tours. By completing this booking form and signing your acceptance, you agree that you accept all Terms herein and that this is a directive to perform services on your behalf.
Deposit and final payment
To confirm the reservation, you will be asked to send us a non-refundable deposit for each tour $200 per person per tour, which must reach us within 10 days from the date of booking.
Elitar Travel accepts selected credit cards. Your payment is not considered made until it is received by Elitar Travel.
Your booking deposit forms part of your final payment, which must be received by us not less than three weeks (21 days) before departure. If we do not receive the tour deposit and final payment by the due dates, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. In the case of billing errors, we reserve the right to reinvoice with correct pricing.
Payment of the deposit means that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
Cancellations and cancellation fees
If cancellation is received by Elitar Travel in writing more than 45 days prior to commencement of services, your deposit will be retained. For individual reservations, the following per person cancellation fees apply.
• 21 days prior to commencement of services: 30% of total price
• 14 days prior to commencement of services: 50% of total price
• On departure day and later: 100% of total price
Cancellations are very costly and usually do not occur in time for re-sale of the cancelled tour. Cancellation fees may also apply to any additional services, reserved prior to, during and after the tour.
All holiday prices are based on rates (including foreign exchange rates) known at the time of printing and expected to be in effect at the time of departure. Prices are subject to increase without notice if such rates change prior to departure. The current price will be confirmed at the time of reservation. However, once Elitar Travel has received your deposit for any tour listed, that land price is guaranteed, and any subsequent land cost increases are at our expense, not including surcharges and any government tax increases.
Holiday prices are per person, based on two persons sharing a room. Single room supplements and triple room reductions are listed where applicable.
Visas & Passports
A valid national passport is needed for all tours. Visa may be obtained either upon arrival or in advance. Visa fee is not included in the package price.
Hotelsare booked from the point of tour departure through tour completion. Rooms are doubles/twins. Single rooms are limited and require supplemental charges. Pre- and post-tour accommodation can be arranged and can be requested at the time of booking.
Not included in the vacation price
Tours do not include all other trip costs such as airfare, trip and/or medical insurance, excess baggage charges, or tips and any personal items. Meals in addition to those mentioned in the itinerary are excluded. Alcoholic drinks are excluded.
Meals included vary; check the individual trip description, normally welcome dinner on the first day is included.
Transportation includes a variety of situations. Longer trips may include transfers and often guided trips include transfers. Sightseeingis included when noted on the itinerary, side touring and optional activities are not included. Taxes and service charges are included on each included item such as hotels, restaurants, governmental.
During local or national holidays, certain facilities such as museums and restaurants, sightseeing tours and shopping may be limited or not available. Alternatives will be offered whenever possible.
